Coe Lake is situated behind Berea Lake Towers, Berea's City Hall and the Cuyahoga County Library. Once a Sandstone Quarry, it is now an excellent lake for fishing and canoeing or just absorbing the panoramic view.
A Gazebo highlights the west bank and a footbridge adorns the north end. The Community Band concerts are held in the gazebo in the summertime. Coe Lake's newest improvements include a boardwalk with a pier, a Bird & Butterfly Habitat, and a plaza. These enhancements will allow residents greater enjoyment of one of Berea's natural beauties.
